Holding rich theoretical knowledge of design research and solid practical experience in both To-C & To-B domains, Sen is good at combining theoretical models and user research to deliver systematic insights and experience strategy, followed by experience design and implementing stewardship.
In terms of communication, Sen has the ability to coordinate across departments (especially business and technology) and has good consulting skills, including organizing and leading multi-stakeholder workshops and high-level reporting.
