I am a versatile designer used to engage through the end-to-end design process

Hi there, my name is Sen Lin and I’m a Senior UX Designer & Researcher based in Amsterdam. My goal as a designer is to leverage research and design for driving positive changes with all kinds of ‘innovation’ commercially and socially.

In my 8 years of total experience, I have engaged with the end-to-end design process: conduct user research, map customer journey, facilitate vision workshop, lead strategic foresight, design user interface, make prototypes and apply PMF testing. These all stay within my experience bucket, especially during my adventures at Thoughtworks and BYD.

I’m a versatile player in the team and people that have worked with me consider I do things more than ‘design’. Currently I’m open for new opportunities, get in touch if you think we’d be a match!
